ThePassPoint provides online coaching services for PTE Academic and IELTS examinations. This includes live group classes, 1-on-1 private tuition, study materials, and AI-powered evaluation tools. Access to these services is determined by your active subscription or package.
Group classes are strictly capped at 10 students and operate on a first-come, first-served booking basis. 1-on-1 sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to attend a scheduled 1-on-1 session without prior cancellation may result in the forfeiture of that session credit.
Our "No-Fail Score Guarantee" applies exclusively to designated "Unlimited" plans. To qualify for a free subscription extension under this guarantee, the student must have maintained a minimum 90% attendance rate in all scheduled classes and completed all assigned mock tests prior to their official exam date.
All study materials, templates, strategies, and content provided on ThePassPoint platform are the exclusive intellectual property of ThePassPoint and are for personal use only. Unauthorized distribution, sharing, or resale of our materials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
